Sending an enquiry, requesting a free audit or booking a call does not create a contract between us. It is the start of a conversation. Work only begins once we have agreed the scope, price and timeline in writing.
Please do not send confidential information through the forms on this site. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will arrange a non-disclosure agreement and a secure way to send it.
A free audit is our professional opinion, given quickly and without charge, based on a limited review of your public site. It is not a guarantee of results, a security certification or a substitute for detailed technical or legal advice. Acting on it is your decision.
Everything on this site, including text, design, code, graphics and the Mindkode name and logo, belongs to Mindkode or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view and share our pages, and quote short extracts with credit and a link. You may not republish, resell or adapt our material, or present it as your own, without written permission.
Case studies name clients and show their work with their permission. Those brands and logos belong to their respective owners.
When we build something for you, ownership of the finished work passes to you on final payment, as set out in your contract. We keep ownership of any general tools, libraries and know-how we bring with us, and we grant you a licence to keep using those as part of your site. Third-party themes, apps and plugins stay under their own licences.
Our site links to third-party sites and embeds a booking scheduler from Cal.com. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and content can go out of date. Nothing here is a binding offer, and prices or timescales mentioned on the site are indicative until quoted in writing.
To the extent the law allows, Mindkode is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for work we carry out for clients is dealt with in the relevant contract.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
