Rivell sells a wide catalogue: IT consulting, support, cybersecurity, VoIP, cloud and managed services. Their previous site had a flat structure, so those services blurred into each other, every page read as another wall of headings and paragraphs, and the mobile experience was inconsistent. That is the real difficulty with a broad service catalogue. Write each page honestly and they start to look identical, which makes a serious enterprise IT provider look like a template. They also needed a proper SEO foundation and HubSpot lead capture, not a contact form that drops enquiries into an inbox.
We designed and built a custom WordPress site on Elementor covering more than twenty pages: the homepage, nine core service pages, Areas We Serve, What Sets Us Apart, FAQ sections, and a blog running on the native WordPress editor so their team can publish without us. The important decision was giving each service page its own visual rhythm. Layered sections, card grids, accordions, iconography and consistent brand typography, arranged differently depending on what the page has to explain. A reader moving from cybersecurity to VoIP sees a coherent brand, not the same page with the nouns swapped. HubSpot forms were embedded into the homepage hero and the contact flow, so enquiries land in the CRM with their source attached rather than in an inbox. Everything was built mobile-first, with styling checked at each breakpoint across every section, and the structure was set up for on-page SEO with 301 redirects mapped from the old site.
A production-ready site that scales across nine service lines without visual fatigue, loads cleanly on mobile and desktop, and gives the Rivell team a straightforward editing workflow. Each service page earns its own layout rather than repeating a template, the structure is set up for search from the start, and enquiries arrive in HubSpot with their source attached, so Rivell can see which services actually bring the business in.
